To me, it was a paradigm shift when I first heard it. During the years when I was searching for the meaning of success and how to be successful, I spent all my spare time reading self-help books and attending seminars. I was very knowledgeable, but I was nowhere near the success that I wanted.
You probably have friends who know a lot of things from politics to history, but how is their achievement in their career?
As Jack Ma said, "If you spend most of your time learning, you'll be very knowledgeable." He didn't say if you spend most of your time learning, you'll be rich! No matter how big or small the thing is if you spend most of your time on it, it is going to be your biggest achievement.
Ask yourself, how much time do you spend on,
- playing games
- checking out deals and offers
- watching Netflix
- doing home improvement
- reading and replying to chats and messages
- minding other people's business
When you channel most of your time into something, you will be very good at that thing.
In other words, if you want to be good at something, all you have to do is simply channel all your time into it.
When I channeled my time into building my online business my income kept growing. It's as simple as that!
